7 Days Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7 days return and exchange policy which applies to all suit products of ladies that are ordered online. In case you got a parcel, which is damaged, stained, of the wrong color, or of a different design than the one you ordered, and the situation was caused by our fault, you have the right to a return or an exchange within 7 days after delivery.

In case the item received is not of the same design or the same color as shown or in case of damages in terms of manufacturing then this item shall be accepted back or be changed.

Once 7 days are completed, there will not be any request of returning or exchanging in any manner.

The customer will pay all the returns and exchange courier fees, service fees and shipping fees.

The product can only be returned or given back under the circumstances that it is used, not clean, and in the original packaging, without removing all the tags.
